DCS is hiring!  We are looking for Chinese reading contracted visual, graphic, and interactive designer. We need someone who is ok to with us in hourly base at beginning. If it works out well it could lead to a more consistent working relationship.

• Requires strong and flexible skills in visual design, graphic design and interactive design.
• Proves their facility with page-based design (HTML) and screen-based interface design (Flash, etc.) with an attention to detail — balances beauty, innovation and usability.
• Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Flash, and CSS.
• Substantial understanding of user interface issues and information architecture is also important.
• Working knowledge of basic design and prototyping applications: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver.
• 3-5 years of professional design in web design on small company, online store, and portal site experience.
• Must have online work samples showing either a full understanding of current visual and interaction trends, or desire to explore them.
• Ability to manage and estimate time outlays for each project
