I have updated the link in this post.

The last update was made on June 2009. I have say it’s 99% correct. But, cities and counties in CA. keep updating their rate in past few month. You need to keep update it whenever there is an update.

We are working with x-cart and are putting together another store for a division of ours that sell lab supplies nationwide, we are based in CA and was wondering if you would share the updates zone list and rate list that you have so we could import to our store. About the Online Advertisement. I don’t think pay-AD will improve much. Unless you decided to run a few thousands and last for at least 1 to 2 years.

it’s based on the searcher’s location to give recommendation (search results)

2nd thing is that I am an Organic ranking believer

We had spoken to some of our eCommerce customer on how to attract customer traffic for our website.

They kept telling us that one major reason we don’t have traffic is that we are not google ranked

Can you help us look into it on how we should set it up with google?
